No deposit is required for most bookings. We confirm your ride over WhatsApp and collect payment after your trip is completed. For multi-day custom tours, a partial advance payment may be discussed and agreed in advance.

Absolutely — Terry Cabs is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Early morning airport pickups at 2am, 3am, or 4am are completely normal for us. Just book in advance so we can confirm your driver.

When messaging us, include your flight number, arrival time, and the terminal you're arriving at (Bandaranaike CMB, Terminal 1). We track your flight in real time so we adjust if it's early or delayed. Your driver will meet you at arrivals with a name board.

Yes — custom tours are one of our most popular services. Tell us your group size, how many days you have, your budget, and the type of experiences you want (culture, wildlife, beaches, etc.) and we'll build a personalised itinerary for you.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible via WhatsApp. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the trip carry no charge. For multi-day tours, please discuss terms at the time of booking.

Yes. The price we confirm with you before your trip is the price you pay. No extra charges for luggage, flight delays, waiting time at stops, or late nights. Transparency is a core part of how we operate.
